Natural Epiphany Salon presents Egyptian “Kemetic” Yoga™ exercise fitness for all ages!  This unique form of Yoga places emphasis on the rejuvenation of the entire Self: Spirit, Mind, and Body by enhancing the physical development of the outer skeletal muscles, and joints, while steadily increasing flexibility.  Kemetic Yoga™ teaches you the skills to ease yourself into a meditative posture rather than forcing yourself into it, potentially causing injury.  Most importantly, Kemetic Yoga™ emphasizes controlled breathing, which is vitally important in reducing stress. The breath is the life force of the Self, and it is used to “flow” through the movements from one posture to the next. Further, you will be introduced to the Nile Valley Culture and further your understanding of the deep philosophical and spiritual principles responsible for creating this great ancient civilization.

All classes are $10/person per class, and RSVP is required for class attendance.  Call to reserve your spot 404-520-6665.  Join us each Tuesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, Wednesday at 7:30pm to 8:30pm, and Sunday afternoon from 12:30pm to 1:30pm and discover the union between your higher Divine Self and your lower physical nature on the journey to Spiritual Enlightenment.
